I wasn't in to soccer at all before this project. It is going to be hard to find all of this information on the French team. I've found out that the French soccer team is one of the oldest in Europe. Although they are one of the oldest, they're World Cup history isn't that great. If I were a player on the French team I wouldn't be scared about losing the World Cup. They haven't won many World Cup games and since none of the players have lost their life I don't think that is something to worry about. Since the French economy is fifth in the world, in nominal terms, they are obviously not a third world country. This must mean that a lot of the French players are very pampered. It would be nice to be one the French players because I imagine that the country takes good care of their players. Also since they want their players to do, and be, the best France will obviously make sure their players have the best equipment and coaches. Overall, people in France love to watch soccer, but the players do not need to worry about losing because nothing will happen to them. I'm sure that if the players win they will pampered for a while France has the money to do so. I think that since a lot of the population in France watches, and enjoys playing, soccer the players will be considered celebrities if they win the World Cup. Although the players will be bummed if they lose they will be ecstatic if they win.
